Facts of clerics in raids atm
We are the best Tank healing class. (Warden sentinel)
We are a very good support (icar roles(shamcar, inquisiticar))(Group healing)
we are The worst class for dpsing (ill explain abit more about this)
as tank we work out + we can get like 500hps while tanking which is quite good.

it from now on be a requirement for all clerics to bring at least 3 specifik Souls to every raid. a Full healing soul, a Icar Soul and a fuill inquisitor soul.

First the DPS Souls.

Why do we need a full inquisitor soul why cant we doo shaman or druid dps one might ask.
The answer to this is Clinging spirits, our dps is the worst in Rift atm but we can offer a 7% Spell damage increase which stacks with every other buff in the game, this will make the mages very happy

This is only usefull if u have 4piece tier1 raiding gear

Basicly cast Sanction heretic, Vex and keep theese 2 dots up all the time. Then whenever u get a instanc cast u throw Bolt of depravity and get the Clinging spirits going. and when theese 3 things are kept up u just spam ur Bolt of judgement button and it will Toss in the sanction heretic if it proccs.


Other dps speccs:
When we are 4 clerics or above a druid specc might come in handy cause they have the 5% increased Raid buff once every 2 min. ( Natural Dedication) everyone in druid specc should be able to burst out 1200-1500 dps. but this specc will only be used if we have clinging spirits up.it looks something like this http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10anj.EqIqAkqqz.E.V

Havnt really made any macros for druids since im not using this specc.



Cabalist specc: This specc is Essential for The herald fight as an example, very good in some hammerknell fights aswell, we can burst out like 10k dps if theres enough targets for it. if u have a spare soul and ur sitting at home hmm what should i bring for the raid today. bring a cabalist, it will be used in hammerknell and is a must-have on Herlad of discord in ROS. it looks something like this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00odj.EtAqtAo0o.Vx.V0x
The spells in this tree u need to Pay attention to besides the normal Aoe spells is: (Sigil of Ruin And Sigil Of Secrecy )This will be a raid requirement that at least 1 cleric besides me brings this specc for every raid.

Macros for Cabalist:

This macro throws all ur single target spells except for Vex which u need to cast urself. so when ur not aoeing u can just spam this macro i call it Slackr macro. u should still have ur Skills in the barrofcourse because it starts with oblitterate but u should not use that before u have 3 decay.

When u aoe u just push this button twice and then u should have 3 decay and u use Tyranni, REmember to use vilepower when u need mana +theres more than 1 mob.

Shaman specc: i think its probably the worst dps specc Clerics have. i dont like it, u shouldnt use it in raids, unless ur doing it as support. but that will come in the Icar Speccs. it has no Raid buffs thats worth anything. if u have another oppinion on shamans please make me wiser im open for suggestions but for right now dont use shaman speccs.

Now fot he Healing Souls
Theres actually only 2 healing souls i wanna talk about
First the Warden / Sentinel. which looks something like this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00jeG.E0xorstco.xE0xokRo.V And a wiseman might ask why not go more points in the specifik souls?
The reason is in sentinel u basicly only need 34 points to get Combatress (lifes return). and u dont need the rest of the points. In warden u need Cascade and overflow cause those 2 spells rock. and then u just need to dumb the last 5 points somewhere i chose 5% extra wisdom. but u can get 5% extra spellpower (caba i think) or 5% crit (inquisitor) aswell all good choises. This soul is a Raid requirement

Purifier soul:
Is Based fairly heavy on shielding the tank which is very effective when the Boss / mobs does healing debuffs. with a healing debuff u still get 100% effiencency from Shields + it is the specc with most cooldowns, so if a boss Does Massive Calculated Single target Dmg on the tank this specc is allso a Must-have can save the tank with spells like Searing transfusion (25% more hp for the tank), SPiritual Conflagration, rite of the ancestors and there is more. Therefore a purifier soul can be very usefull so like the caba specc and the druid specc if dont know where to put ur points make a purifier specc. it looks something like this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00Gjo.EgkEItdqz.V.Vz (The last 3 point u should use in the sentinel tree where fits u best.)

Icar Souls:

Here i basicly use the same macros as in inquisitor soul.

Shamcar: This specc can doo the same as an inqusiticar but it has Rightous mandate. which heals the tank abit more. To be quite honest i dont think its worth it compared to a inquisticar or a Chloro. but it looks something like this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00nrd.EgzxtbcVk.euzo.Vx

It is a Raid requirement to have 1 of the Icar builds
Besides this wall of text there is some tanking builds but i will not write them here right now since im the only geared tank in the guild atm. but feel free to whisper me and ill make a follow up post.

Havent made macros for this build either since im not using it.

As clerics i feel like we bring the most to raids like this
4 Clerics = 2 MT healers, 1 inquisitor, and 1 inquisitcar. though a druid inquisiticar might be better, since the inquisticar can keep up the clinging spirits alone and the druid can raidbuff for 30sec every 2 min. or
1 Tank 2 MT healers and 1 inquisticar.

5Clerics = 2MT healers, inquisiticar, 1 inquisitor and 1 druid. or
1Tank + 2MT healers, 1 inquisitor and 1 inquisticar.

I expect every raiding Cleric to Bring Pots and Runes for every raid. u dont have to use them for clearing "The easy" instances GSB / ROS

u can change 5 from caba to sent but this way u can use atleast 2 range spells if u need to move from some channeling ability on boss.
